Shen Wei and Zhao Yunlan face the difficulties of modern life. Engaged, marriage to come. Because of Shen Wei's illness they moved to another country, trying to live a happy life together finally.

Zhao YunLan lives his new life as the wick of the guardian lantern. Every day, he burnt mercilessly inside the lamp so that he can provide a better life for the DiXing people.

Until one day, an unusually beautiful comet passing him. Zhao YunLan recklessly makes wishes, which are brought into reality.

But what going to happen if every wish has its consequence?

The thought of explaining to the Black-Cloaked Envoy whom exactly he moaned out while getting fucked by his lordship makes Zhao Yunlan's stomach drop cold suddenly. That would not be a nice conversation. Especially when he does not remember whether or not he moaned Shen Wei's name afterward. What trouble he gets himself in, he knew fucking around would not end well, damn it.

Zhao Yunlan was never lucky in love before. When he finally found 'The One' it just so happens that this person was an ancient demon who eats attraction and love. A 'Heart Eater' as some books call them.

But what if the Heart Eater falls in love with him too?
Will the demon be able to let go of Zhao Yunlan to save his life? Or will he devour the Chief of SID whole until his very soul gets snuffed out?

The team climbs up the mountain (Kunlun) and everything seems to be going great. Until it's not and now Zhao Yunlan and Shen Wei have to figure out how to save a soul.

A super short story - Shen Wei and Zhao Yunlan, a married couple, taking advantage of the quiet time of the holiday and having an escapade in the office after hours. It's mature but not explicit - still 19+ imho.

So Shen Wei does eventually get down from that pillar, and everything takes a hard left straight out of canon.

A chance meeting in a forest leads Prince Zhao Yunlan down a path filled with kindness and love, but also into a dangerous political web he much rather avoid. Shen Wei hopes to keep the secret of who he really is from ever seeing the light of day.

From the first time Zhao Yunlan heard about the way to energize the Guardian Lantern, he had thought "Who would be such an idiot?"

With Zhao Yunlan's recklessness, the truth is out. Now, he has to deal with the consequences while the team decides to travel all the way to Kunlun Mountain to hopefully find out more about the blade and its backstory.

Zhao Yunlan sets aside his anger and does what his heart wants to.

“You could just relax,” Zhao Yunlan says. “You don’t have to be doing something all the time.”

He knows even as he says it that it won't help.

The Black Cloaked Envoy's face is shadowed by the hood, emotions hidden behind the mask. But from here, Zhao Yunlan can clearly see the dark intense gaze as the Envoy takes in the sight of Zhao Yunlan. There is a growl coming from him, almost inhumanly. That sound sends a shiver down Zhao Yunlan's spine. 

Zhao Yunlan’s voice is smooth and low, but what worries Shen Wei and solidifies the emergency in question is the unmistakable gurgle-scream of a very small child in the background.
