Shen Wei gets hurt protecting Zhao Yunlan and teleports away before anyone can realize how bad it is. Da Qing is literally surrounded by idiots.

Guo Changcheng worries that his relationship with Chu Shuzhi is getting boring. He makes a plan. Things do not go according to plan.

When he spoke, it was in a teasing tone, but Shen Wei felt he could hear some odd reluctance underneath it. “Shen Wei ah – don’t tell me no-one ever tried to kiss you, with a face like that?”

Shen Wei's first kiss, and what happened afterwards.

"Yes," a quiet, pleased reply came from the entity's lips.
All around was misty, scent of dried herbs burning, white smoke dancing.

“When the moon swallowed the sun and night swallowed the earth,” Shen Wei’s voice was a placid whisper, the path of his fingers tracing patterns, “when wolves became kings and men bowed down, there was a time of silence. 'Thought' murmurs to me that I am a wolf, 'memory' murmurs to me that I am night. But my spirit screams that I am a shadow.”

Shen Wei wanted to go on a date. But this is not what he had in mind. He thought they'd go to the park for a walk or have a picnic as the sun set. Maybe go hiking! This? This never even crossed his mind.

It seemed like a good idea to Zhao Yunlan at the time. Take a job as a life drawing model, observe the students, try to figure out if one of them murdered the previous art professor.

Get paid to sit on a chair, basically. Piece of cake, right?

Guo Changcheng woke with a gasp and a lurch.

His hands immediately clutched at the blanket that was draped over him. Something was wrong, off, and it made Guo Changcheng glance hurriedly around himself and what he found didn’t help that feeling at all.

Guo Changcheng saw dust covers draped over what he could only assume was furniture, and the only things visible were the walls and floor, which gave off a definite office-beige vibe.

“Migraine?”

“Nothing serious.”

Lightning flashes behind the window. Thunder follows almost immediately.

Zhao Yunlan lets go of Shen Wei’s arm to get up and cover the windows properly. Closes the blinds and draws the curtains, then lies back down and extends his hands towards Shen Wei. “Come here.”

Xiaoge stood to the side with a small smile at his friends. Pangzi's growled threats weren't taken seriously when they were overlapped with Wu Xie's light laughter when they stopped in a stand-off on opposite sides of the campfire. From the corner of his eye, Wu Xie saw Shen Wei returning to the group from the other corridor that connected to the open foyer. "Xiao Wei! Save me!" he shouted dramatically as he leapt out of the way of another swing of the spoon and toward Shen Wei. His boyfriend gave no protests as Wu Xie used him as a human shield.
"Tianzhen! No fair. Leave the sweet professor out of this. I can't attack you when you're using your innocent partner as protection!" Pangzi stopped and pointed at Wu Xie with the spoon, annoyed.

It was only a matter of time before Shen Wei had the free time and tagged along with the Iron Triangle for one of their tomb raids. How will this little trip go for the Iron Triangle and their new companion?

The police chief touched the pair of socks, pale blue with a panda print.
"Agreed. Also, Xiao Wei likes to sleep in socks and these are very soft. I've never seen him wear patterned socks though. But they're bears, so..."
"So we're taking these to him," the antique shop owner said, as he handed that pair of socks to the attendant; "These must be gift-wrapped, please."
The attendant took the items chosen by the couple to the counter, being followed by them. There was no doubt that 'Shen Wei' was the person who would receive the socks, but despite the bait about the dress shoes, was he really the Professor? And if he was, then he... and that couple... them...?

While going down to the tomb seemed easy for the team, what waits for them behind the secret door is less so. Now they have to deal with an army of the living dead and the fight is about as easy as teaching a pig to fly. So, Zhao Yunlan turns to the only thing he knows will work: Shadow Blitz.

"I want to ask you something," Shen Wei says.

Guo Changcheng has been waiting for this day for a month, but before he can let go and give in to Chu Shuzhi, he needs to extract a promise.

Wu Xie and Zhao Yunlan both get separated from their respective partners at the annual Dragon city spring festival. Zhao Yunlan approaches Wu Xie thinking he's Shen Wei. This leaves both men wondering where Shen Wei and Xiaoge could have gotten up to.

The fact was simple: Wu Xie, the antique shop owner, had been a good friend of Shen Wei for a while - how it had happened was a long and ridiculous story, which Zhao Yunlan had heard five times and had stopped trying to understand, - and he was one of the few people who had always known that Shen Wei was Dixingren. And it was Wu Xie who Shen Wei had chosen to ask for help in his severe case of inability to confess his love - even if that love was something ridiculously explicit at that point.

When words fail, sometimes action is required. Guo Changcheng saves Shen Wei from a terrible blunder.

The only person that makes Chu Shuzhi have bad feelings is the Chief - Zhao Yunlan. The first time he saw him, he had to ask himself if this really is the Chief. The man looks like a walking disaster, a heartbreaker, and a playboy that sleeps around and leaves without even telling his one-night stand his name. And yes, this is a case where Chu Shuzhi should not judge a person by their appearance. Zhao Yunlan, who Chu Shuzhi thinks never has a normal loving relationship with anyone, has a wife. He has a freaking wife, what the hell?
