Zhao Yunlan parts his lips to smile.

Da Qing overhears a conversation next door while enjoying a pleasant afternoon sunbathing and decides that he should help weigh in the decision. Because he feels that, as a cat, he should be able to really help with the decision of whether or not the couple next door should get a cat or a dog as a pet.
