Zhao Yunlan knew what he liked and when he was younger he had his own share of awkward make outs that lead nowhere because of realized incompatible preferences. He did not need to relive those moments now, especially not with Lin Jing. He’d trust his gaydar on this one.
To Zhao Yunlan's panic, Zhu Hong didn't seem willing to let it go and just watch him be grumpy and frustrated over something he didn't want to do anything about. She took it as a personal mission.
The hardest part was perhaps how oblivious Lin Jing was to all of this. Especially when they had a murder case that always happened on Halloween, and now it was approaching again.
